Reset Launchpad

Choose “Reset Launchpad…” from the “GroundControl Launchpad” menu. This will reset the Launchpad to its default settings by clearing all pairing records, removing registration and clearing the asset cache. On the Mac Launchpad:   On the Windows Launchpad:

The Launchpad app requires an HTTPS (TCP/443) connection to launchpad.groundctl.com. We use WebSockets, which travels through most — but not all — firewalls. In addition, the Launchpad may download resources from Amazon S3, and Apple’s CDN. These are always over HTTPS.
