If anyone in your organization is having trouble receiving email from GroundControl, it is likely because your email spam filters our blocking our server. To help solve this problem we now have a dedicated IP address for all our communications such as invites and password resets. This IP is reserved for GroundControl; no other organization will use this IP for email.
Please ask your IT organization to whitelist 198.2.135.249 (mailer.groundctl.com).
Our newsletter is sent through Mailchimp, and does not use this IP.
